SHIPPING INFORMATION

Sanne Tea, LLC ships every business day to ensure rapid delivery to you. In addition to shipping time, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. For domestic orders shipped via USPS First-Class Mail® or, Parcel, Priority Mail®, please allow for 2- 8 business days overall delivery time. For international orders, the shipping time may vary.

In the event of high business volume, Sanne Tea, LLC may take up to 7 business days to complete and ship your order. If it will take us longer than 7 business days to ship your order we will notify you of the delay. We cannot be responsible for delayed shipping through the carrier.

Sanne Tea LLC uses USPS to ship all parcels worldwide and is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged once the parcel has left our warehouse. Sanne Tea, LLC ships all orders using delivery confirmation and is not responsible for any parcels that are missing that show delivery has occurred. Please be certain that orders are shipped to a secure location where they will not be lost or stolen. Please watch the tracking confirmation and contact your local carrier for missing packages immediately upon stated delivery.

Sanne Tea, LLC cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. Our system automatically sends to the address which is confirmed during checkout. We are happy to re-ship the order if the order is returned to us — additional shipping charges that are required as a result of an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction.

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS – UNITED STATES ONLY

Shipping cost within the United States, including APO/FPO is flat rate of $5.99. In special circumstances, when weight and size of product require special box sizes, orders may be sent via other methods.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping costs are $12 (0~1.5 lb), $18 (1.51 lb~2.5 lb) or $24 (2.51 lb~) based on package weights. All Canadian and International packages less than four pounds will be shipped First-Class Package International Service™.

Shipments outside the USA may be subject to any applicable customs duties, taxes and import charge. These charges will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. It is a good idea to check with your local customs office before ordering. Please note that we will not falsify customs forms by marking your shipment as “Gift” or altering the value of items. In addition to being illegal, these actions are likely to delay your package’s arrival as accurate values are assessed by customs officials.

When an order ships we do our best to advise you via email that your package has shipped. We take extra care to package each order appropriately. All orders are well packed and ship with a packing slip. Our shipping fees include our packaging fees, which include, but not limited to, packaging materials such as tapes, packing paper, and single or double ply boxes. If your product arrives damaged by the carrier, please inform the carrier of damage at the time of delivery.

 

Local Pick Up

If you wish to pick your order up directly at our location, simply select this as an option in your shopping cart during checkout. Please note that our pick-up location is not a retail store and all orders must be placed in advance. Local pickup orders do not incur shipping charges.

All orders must be received by 12PM Monday through Thursday for next day pickup. Orders received by the cut-off time will be ready after 12PM the following business day. RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, Sanne Tea, LLC cannot accept returns of tea, food or beverage products due to U.S. food regulations. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will re-send you the same merchandise, if the original merchandise is defective or incorrect. For non-food merchandise, returned items must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. If, after initial inspection, any product is damaged or defective in any way, you may return it in unused condition, in original packaging within 7 days for exchange or full credit. For your security, please return your item with an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Sanne Tea, LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

All shipping charges for returns and exchange shall be the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective or incorrect merchandise. Refunds for returned items are issued within 7 business days after receiving the returned product. However, the shipping charges won’t be refunded. Please be sure to include your return address and a phone number so we can contact you in case there is a problem with your return. CANCELLATIONS

Requests for cancellations must be submitted before the parcel shipped, and all requests for order cancellations after the parcel shipped will not be accepted. If you are unable to submit your order cancellation before the parcel shipped, you may return the parcel after its receipt for a full and immediate product refund. All shipping charges for returns shall be the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds for returned items are issued within 7 business days after receiving the returned product. However, the shipping charges won’t be refunded.

 

SALES TAX RATES

6% sales tax will be charged when shipping to Michigan.
